Annually, the government spends billions of dollars on contractors. A contractor need not just be a supplier of heavy duty machinery and equipment, the contract in question could be for something as simple as training gear components or small items like water bottles. If one is able to find even a single such product that they can provide the government in the scale required, while preserving an edge over the existing competitors, the awarded contract can easily be worth millions. Becoming a millionaire is just a matter of time after that.
