3. Washing your skin
Our skin is covered with millions of tiny pores responsible for sweat and the regulation of the body’s temperature. However, dust, debris, dead skin cells and even bacteria can get trapped in these pores and cause infections. The best way to avoid this is to wash your face with mild soap twice a day. This helps in cleaning the skin as well as hydrating and moisturizing it. Care should however, be taken, as excessive washing can lead to dry skin and irritation.
