3. Tuvalu
Due to the lack of transport facilities, tourists do not like to visit. It has been reported about high global warming in Tuvalu. Although Iceland is there, maintenance is very poor. Communication over phone and internet inside the city is not very fast which is always challenging factor for tourists. Visitors face lots of difficulties while money transaction.
