4. Hearing Damage
Our ears give us a sense of the world through the various sounds and vibrations that exist. Hearing is therefore, among our most valuable senses. Yet, a growing number of people are reporting a steady deterioration in their hearing every year. The most frightening part is that the complaints come from the younger generation as opposed to middle aged individuals. Our obsession with headphones and the need for constant entertainment has caused our ears to sustain damage on a regular basis. Blasting our ears with music overtime damages the nerve ending inside our ears and causes a gradual loss of sensitivity. You can try to lower the extent of the damage caused by earphones and headphones by listening to audio on a lower volume or using speakers instead.
