3. Exercise Once Every Week
Although it is recommended that we get some amount of physical activity on a daily basis, our routines and work commitments do not make it possible that often. Setting aside at least one day every week for exercise is something that is more attainable. It can be as simple as going for a long walk around the neighborhood on a Sunday morning or a tennis match with friends. You can also make time for some simple exercises that can be done at home with minimum to no equipment.
