4. Drink More Fluids
Dehydration is far more common than what we would expect. Given the fact that life is generally very busy, be at home or at work, we tend to overlook the importance of constant hydration requirements of our bodies. More often than not, it has been observed that the average person only remembers to have water around the tie of their meal or when they are about to use the bathroom. Dehydration can also trick you into feeling hungry. It has been observed that having enough water and other fluids help curb untimely hungry and urges to binge eat. More water equals less binge eating, better weight management.
